The speaker and all participants can know easily the location of their
room as the same info was sent to them by administrator automated
cloud based system.
When any room is not in use then the sensor sends “Hey I am available
right now” to the administrator automated cloud based system along
with electricity status.
If room is not in use then administrator can know the energy status
and take action accordingly.
